Torque reference

Guide values to VDI 2230 for zinc-plated, lightly oiled threads (friction coefficient 0.14). We laser-mark property class on every head above M5 — check the mark, then the chart.

What buyers report

“Three years, forty-one containers, zero claims that survived a recount. Their packing lists match the cartons down to the piece — my warehouse team noticed before I did.”

Marta Keller — Purchasing Director, Ferrum Trade GmbH, Germany

“We switched our anchor program to Caliper after the audit. PPM dropped under 300 and every lot lands with the 3.1 certs already attached. Our QA closes receipts the same day.”

Doug Reyes — VP Supply Chain, BlueRock MRO Supply, United States

Export FAQ

The questions every buyer asks in the first call, answered in writing so your team can move faster than a time zone.

Line drawing of S2 screwdriver bits with a quarter-inch hex holder
What is your MOQ?

Standard fasteners: 20,000 pieces per size and finish. Hand and measuring tools: 500 pieces per SKU. Mixed-SKU containers are welcome — MOQ applies per line, not per shipment.

Do you charge for samples?

Catalog samples are free up to $50 in value, freight collect. Custom or tooled samples are invoiced at cost and credited in full against your first production order.

What are your lead times?

Stock-die items ship in 20–30 days. Custom cold-formed parts run 35–45 days including tooling and first-article approval. Add one week during the pre-holiday peak — we will tell you when that window opens.

Which payment terms do you accept?

T/T 30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy is standard. L/C at sight from $50,000. Audited repeat buyers qualify for NET 60 open account under our credit-insurance program.

Which incoterms do you quote?

EXW Ningbo, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, and CIF/DAP to major ports. We load at our own bonded warehouse, so FOB cut-offs are ours to control — not a forwarder’s.

Can you produce to our drawings?

Yes — cold-formed specials to print with rolling tolerances to ±0.05 mm. NDAs are standard practice, tooling is amortized over committed volume, and your dies never run for another customer.
